I love drawing and I especially love doodling.
Zentangles is a newer form of doodling it is patterns in sections you do whatever you want to do. I ran out of paper when drawing this giraffe so his ears ran off the edge a bit.
It allows you to focus, think more clearly and concentrate.
If you are stressed this can help because its very soothing for your mind.
Try to zentangle and see if you like it. There is no right or wrong way to do it because it is just patterns in sections.
